Rules:

1. Account qualifier must be a Promoter with an active paying membership at the time of giveaway.
2. The following Explorer memberships will qualify as one (1) entry:
   1. Any new Explorer membership purchased within the promo period, including upgrades.  
   2. Any previous MyTravelVentures account that has been inactive prior to Nov. 1 that purchases an Explorer membership during the promo period will also qualify as one (1) entry.  
3. A Promoter can win one time only in the first eleven (11) giveaways.  All entries will be reused for the Dec. 27 giveaway.  
4. Promoter does not need to be present on the Facebook Live to be chosen for the giveaway.  
5. If the winner of the MTV Trip to Mexico has already paid the deposit, we will refund the deposit.  
6. Giveaway transfers are allowed but must be authorized by the company.  
7. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.  
8. MyTravelVentures has the right to modify or change any part of this promotion at any given time without prior notice.

**Certificate redemption includes the room at the resort and airport transfer to and from the resort.  Certificate holder must pay for the all-inclusive food, drinks and entertainment. All-inclusive per night fees for a couple is $150 or $75 per person.  Minimum 4-night stay required.  Subject to availability at the resort for any selected dates.
