I.STATEMENTS: A.TraVertex, Inc. (“TraVertex”) declares, through its legal representatives and vendors, that it is legally incorporate in the United States and licensed to fulfill this certificate..

B.Your authorized representative has been granted sufficient powers to execute this Purchase Certificate.C.You want to sell the Buyer the Package entitled“All Inclusive Vacation Certificate (AIVC)” (hereinafter the “Plan”).

II.THE BUYER declares that:

A.The information provided at the time of booking matches their passport and is correct and valid.B.You are of legal age and full mental capacity at the time of receiving this Certificate and making the booking .C.You want to purchase the Plan (as defined below), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

TraVertex and “The Buyer” may also be referred to as “THE PARTIES” for all matters related to and associated with this Certificate.OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this Certificate is for The Buyer to book travel under the Plan, which includes services to be used by The Buyer and are identified in the terms and conditions incorporated herein. Based on the object and the previous statements, THE PARTIES agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.DEFINITIONS. When the context requires it, it is understood that any singular used in this Certificate will be interpreted as including the plural and vice versa, also understanding that the use of words that imply any gender includes each one and vice versa. All references to articles and paragraphs are references to articles and paragraphs contained within the terms and conditions of this Certificate. The Buyer understands that this certificate only entitles them to make one travel reservation for the members of a single household(herein referred to as “The Reservation”). The Reservation may be for a maximum of one suite or two regular rooms if The Buyer’s household contains more than 4 people. In the event that more than 1 room is needed, The Buyer understands that there will be a $99 redemption fee charged for each room and that a minimum of 2 adult $75 per person per night mandatory all-inclusive fees shall apply for each night booked regardless of the ages of the people in each room. The Plan is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this Certificate. The Buyer understands that availability on the dates and to the destination requested may be limited and that some flexibility may be required to redeem this Certificate and agrees that the terms and conditions governing this Certificate may be modified at any time without notice. The Buyer also understands and agrees that blackout dates apply to this certificate and that travel is not permitted during the following times each year:-Thanksgiving Week-Christmas Week (a.k.a. “Week 51”)-New Year’s Week (a.k.a. “Week 52”)-Easter/Holy Week (USA)-President week (USA)OTHER RESTRICTIONS:-A minimum of 2 adult mandatory all-inclusive fees of$75 per person per night must be paid for in each room.

-The Maximum number of people admitted per roomis: 2 adults & 2 children ages 0 to 12 years old, or 3 adults & 1 child ages 0 to 12 years old.-Extra charges will apply for the 3rd and 4th people booked in each room, as follows: Adult (Ages 13 and up) = $75 per person per night, Children (Ages 0 to 12) = $50 per person per night.-3 additional room and suite tier levels are also available for an additional charge of 30% per tier-level upgraded to. Ask our representative about upgrade tiers and fees at the time of booking.-The Reservation can only be confirmed once all legal names have been provided and all fees for The Reservation have been paid in full.-The Reservation is 100% non-refundable once paid for and confirmed. -The Reservation is also non-changable, so travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances is highly recommended. -As a special courtesy, and only in cases where the travel suppliers allow date changes, TraVertex and its Vendors may be able to change the dates The Reservation. Date changes must be requested a minimum of 45-days prior to arrival at the resort and are subject to availability. If a date change can be accommodated, a $99 change fee per room will apply.

-Reservations must be made at least twenty-one(21)calendar days in advance of the desired arrival date.-TraVertex and its vendors serve as legal 3rd parties in The Reservation booking and confirmation process and are not responsible for any injuries incurred by any person while traveling. TraVertex and its vendors are also not financially responsible for the financial default or to provide alternate accommodations to replace the travel booked for The Buyer with any travel supplier.-Reservations that are not canceled or re-booked a minimum of 45-days prior to scheduled arrival may not be entitled to re-book on different dates and all fees paid will be lost. All reservations are 100% non-refundable once paid for. In cases where reservations can be re-booked in the future, the travel date must be within one (1) year of the original confirmed dates of travel. If travel is not re-booked within one (1) year of the original confirmed dates of travel, the credit will expire without any liability for TraVertex and/or any of its vendors.-This Certificate is valid for two (2) years from the date it was issued to The Buyer and has no cash value. A valid certificate number and PIN must be provided prior to booking.-All references to prices and redemption costs on this Certificate are in United States Dollars (“USD”)-All additional services that are not included in the all-inclusive package must be paid for by The Buyer during their stay. Some additional services that are not included are: (i.) premium bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, etc., (ii.) excursions, (iii.) spa services, (iv.) medical services, including Covid-19 testing, (v.) additional charges associated with extended stays in the event of Covid-19 quarantine, and (vi.) charges associated with anything not included in the standard all-inclusive package offered by the hotel/resort.-TraVertex and its vendors/suppliers will not be obliged to provide the service to the BUYER when there are fortuitous causes, divine acts, including natural disasters or global pandemics, and/or FORCE MAJEURE.-
